Hi! I’m Victoria Smith, a Toronto-based Digital artist who graduated from Centennial College in 3D Animation and has recently worked as a VFX artist for film and television. From childhood, I knew I wanted to be an artist; I would create my own picture books and characters, always having a pencil in my hand. I spent all of my time drawing. Anime/cartoons, video games and books inspired me to expand my skills in post-secondary. This is where I learned colour theory, shape language and composition; overall bettering myself as an artist. I went on to work in the visual effects industry working with clients like Marvel and Lucas Films. I learned many professional skills like project deadlines, time management and transforming criticism and feedback. These skills have shaped me into the artist I am today. In my artwork, I aim to use digital art to capture vibrancy and flair. I enjoy exploring colour pallets, styles and textures. When I’m not drawing, you can find me reading, playing video games and listening to music. It would be a pleasure to bring your vision to life!
